Ferris C. Fraine

Born on June 8, 1958, in Lewistown, he was the son of Mary P. (Minium) Fraine, who survives, and the late James G. Fraine, Sr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ben J. Fraine.

Ferris is survived by his loving mother; his brothers, James G. Fraine, Jr. and his wife, Carol, of Lewistown, and Todd A. Fraine and his wife, Cindy, of Sunbury; and his sister-in-law, Roseann Fraine.

He dedicated many years of his life to his work as a molder at Wood-Mode, LLC in Kreamer. A man of faith, Ferris was Methodist and found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He especially enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and racing tractorsäpastimes that brought him both relaxation and happiness.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026, at King-Barr Funeral Home, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown, with Pastor Ed Kauffman officiating. Family and friends are invited to a viewing at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Private interment will take place at Belltown Cemetery.

The family will provide all flowers.
