Elsie M. Renno, 76, of 30 Belmore Drive, Belleville, passed away at 8:26 a.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Geisinger- Lewistown Hospital.
Born Aug. 20, 1949, in Huntingdon, she was a daughter of the late Andrew J. and Annie G. (Yoder) Byler. Her husband, John M. Renno, whom she married on Nov. 26, 1970, survives.
Also surviving are her children: Lavina Yoder and husband Noah of Belleville, Benuel Renno and wife Alta of Rockville, IN, Hannah Kanagy and husband Samuel of Belleville, Martha Peachey and husband Ben of Belleville, Nathan Renno and wife Tena of Waveland, IN; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a brother, Samuel J. Byler of Belleville and a sister, Mary M. Swarey of Loganton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son and daughter, two grandchildren and a sister.
Services will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Ben Z. Peachey residence, 50 Belmore Dr., Belleville, PA, with ministers Kore Yoder and Daniel Peachey officiating. Burial will be held at the Whitehall Cemetery.
