Debra L. Benner

Born March 10, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Patricia L. and Bob E. Gross.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy G. Benner, whom she married on Nov. 1, 1969; children, Kara L. Harris and husband, Robert, of Mclure, and Ty G. Benner, of Beaver Springs; grandchildren, Ava Harris, Brayden Harris, and Dalton Benner; sister, Barbara Martini and husband, Gilbert, of Doylestown.

Debra was a 1969 graduate of West Snyder High School.

She worked as a secretary at Highland Park and Lewistown Intermediate Schools; she retired in 2015.

Debra loved talking with her friends and the company of her grandchildren and her dog, Reggie. She was an avid reader and she enjoyed baking, and going shopping.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Interment will take place in Adamsburg Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
