Frederick F. Rodgers

Born Jan. 27, 1943, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Fay G. and Martha A. (Olnick) Rodgers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Harry J. Rodgers.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy J. Rodgers; children, Stephen F. Rodgers, of Lewistown, Christina L. Varner and husband, Matt, of Harrisburg, and Rebecca R. Haas and husband, Larry, of Red Lion; two granddaughters, Amanda Varner and Natalie Rodgers; and a brother, Dennis E. Rodgers, of N.C.

Fred was a 1961 graduate of Chief Logan High School.

Fred worked at Standard Steel for 42 years.

Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
