Shirley M. Poorman, 69, of McClure, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.
She was born on Feb. 18, 1956, to the late James and Betty (Daulby) Callahan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister: Linda Brady and a brother-in-law: Robert Wright.
She is survived by her significant other, Glenn Ruble, of McClure; children: Tony Poorman, of McClure, Donald Palm & wife, Becky, of McAlisterville; four grandchildren: Ashley Marks and husband, Joshua, Noah Poorman, Lily Poorman Aden Poorman; three great-grandchildren: Brayden, Trinity, and Blaze Marks; siblings Larry Daulby and wife, Becky, of State College, Molly Wright, of McClure, James Callahan and wife, Lisa, of Mount Union and a brother-in-law: Bill Brady, of Mount Union.
She was primarily a homemaker. She worked at Scotty's Fashions for 18 years and was a babysitter on and off for a number of children.
She enjoyed watching the game show network and doing her puzzle books.
Per her wishes, there will be no services.
