Robert W. Glick

Robert W. Glick, 88, of Milroy, went to be with his Lord and Savior in the early hours of Tuesday, March 11, 2025, while at Brookline Manor.
He was born on Nov. 22, 1936, in Belleville, to the late Jesse and Nellie (Smith) Glick.
Robert graduated from Armagh-Brown Joint High School. For 10 years, he proudly served in the National Guard. He worked as a Produce Manager for Giants Food Store for 30 + years until his retirement.
Robert loved and was dedicated to his church, Milroy United Methodist Church, where he attended and played the organ for over 60 years. He loved the people there and considered all of them family. He was a dedicated Godly man and loved the Lord. His love for music was undeniable and was very musically inclined. He was a member of the Four Fold Gospel Quartet for many years. They made numerous albums and traveled everywhere.
Robert is survived by his nieces and nephews, Doug Summers and wife, Roxie of Milroy, Vickie Earnest and husband, Ronald of West Virginia, Shelly Snook of Milroy, Teresa Conrad and husband, Greg of Milton, Steve Summers and wife, Holly of State College, Linda Decker and John Johnson, Jr. of State College, and Kathy Glassgow of Yeagertown; many great nieces and nephews; numerous great-great nieces and nephews; sister, Patty Buckley; and sister-in-law, Estella Smith. In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by brother, Roy Smith; sister, Nancy Gill and husband, Walter; brother-in-law, Thomas Buckley; niece and nephews, Valerie Wagner and husband, Jim, and Brian Snook.
A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Milroy United Methodist Church, 91 S. Main Street, Milroy, PA 17063. Officiating will be Pastor Cathy Dawes. Burial will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Belleville at a later date. King Funeral Home & Crematory in Reedsville is in charge of arrangements.
