Milton F. ‘Junior’ Dobson, Jr.

He was born on Jan. 31, 1954, in Lewistown, to the late Milton F. Dobson, Sr. and Evelyn (Rhoades) Dobson. On March 15, 1973, he married Betty L. Dobson, who survives at their home.

Also surviving is a brother-in-law, Tom Lash of Milroy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jean Lash.

He worked as a logger for Hurlburt & Savitts Logging Company for many years. He also worked as a small engine mechanic for Ron’s Fruit Market for a number of years.

He played the bass guitar in a local band. In earlier years, he enjoyed hunting, and more recently he enjoyed fishing and camping. He loved his dog Tia and spent all of his time with her.

There will be a viewing held on Monday, March 17, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. and a funeral service on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 11 a.m., both at the Henderson-Bohn Funeral Home, 55 N. Main Street, Reedsville, with Pastor Jeff Buch officiating.

Burial will be at the Salem Cemetery in New Lancaster Valley.
