Earl E. Boreman Jr.

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to an honorable veteran, Earl E. Boreman Jr., 86, who passed away peacefully in his sleep Feb. 25, 2025 in Camp Hill.

Earl was born on March 28, 1938 to the late Earl E. Boreman Sr. and Edna A. (Wagner) Boreman in Lewistown.

He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1958 to 1978. He enjoyed camping, fishing, NASCAR, and most of all, spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Earl was preceeded in death by his daughters, Carmen Bohn and Linda Boreman; brother, Ronald Boreman; and grandson, James Richardson.

He is survived by his estranged wife, Doris Boreman of New Cumberland; daughter, Kathy Kemler of York Haven; sons, Mark Boreman and Scott Boreman, both of New Port; step-daughter Cindy of New Cumberland; sisters, Dorothy (Boreman) Blose and Shirley (Boreman) Wheeler, both of Lewistown, and Karen (Boreman) Reed of Dover; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three nieces, and a nephew.

A family viewing was held Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA, 17011. Interment followed at Indiantown Gap National Cemetary with full military honors.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wonded Warriors of PA.
