Anna Lee Ritter
Anna Lee Ritter went to be with the Lord and her beloved family on March 9, 2025, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on Sept. 7, 1938, to the late Sylvester and Ester (Bumgardner) Ritter.
Anna is survived by her siblings: Charlie and Shirley Ritter of Barrville, Jim, Peggy, Danny and wife, Cathy, and Shirley LeFevre and companion, Chalmer Kline, of Lewistown, Pat and husband, Case Rhodes of Fort Loudon, and Denny Ritter and Jackie and wife, Michelle Zimmerman of Harrisburg. Also, by her children Cheryl Reed and companion, Mark Eby, Donald Ritter and companion, Missy Logan, and Kathy Ritter all of Lewistown, Jeffery Ritter and Donna Pannebaker and husband, Brett of Yeagertown; Anna had seven grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her sons: Michael and Gary Ritter, her granddaughter Wendy (Mert) Reed, her brothers Harold, Russell, Joe, and Bill Ritter, as well as two sisters, Virginia Gingerich and Anna “Annie” Zimmerman.
Anna enjoyed spending time with her family and her beloved pug, Max.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date, at the convenience of her family.
