Violet V. Stuck
Violet V. Stuck, 88, of Beaver Springs passed away on Friday, Jan. 10 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born March 2, 1936 in Spring Twp., Snyder Co., a daughter of the late Mazon and Carrie (Rheam) Knepp. On May 29, 1953 she married Robert G. Stuck Sr. who preceded her in death on Dec. 4, 2020.
Violet attended Beaver Vocational High School.
She was a member of Manbeck’s Church in Beaver Springs.
Violet enjoyed gardening, flowers, doing puzzles and coloring. She will always be known as a loving mother, grandmother and friend.
Surviving are five children, Vonnie (Harold) Sharp, of Belleville, Christine “Chris” Stuck, Robert Jr. (Wanda) Stuck, Rose (Jimmy) Fisher and John Stuck and his significant other, Angie O’Neal, all of Beaver Springs; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Violet was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 15 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown followed by the funeral service at 11 with Pastor Harold Sharp officiating.
Burial will follow in Samuel’s Church Cemetery, McClure.
