Marilyn L. Henninger, 70, of Belleville, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024, at home.
She was born on Aug. 23, 1954, in Phillipsburg, to the late Robert S. Womer, Jr. and Mildred L. (Actin) Womer. On April 10, 1975, she married Barry A. Henninger, who preceded her in death on Oct. 28, 2017.
Surviving are children: Mandy J. Henninger Christophel and husband, Philip, of Belleville, Valerie I. Henninger and significant other, Robert Raymond III, of Lewistown, Brandon A. Henninger of Belleville; a grandson, Hunter N. Henninger of Belleville; siblings: Katie Crawford and husband, Tim, of Phillipsburg, Joseph B. Womer of Phillipsburg, and Robert S. Womer, III and wife, Lori, of State College.
She was a graduate of State College High School and worked at Hills Department Store in State College.
She was a member of the Rockville Fellowship Church. She loved her church family and attended until she was no longer able due to her health.
She enjoyed assisting with "Light the Night" in Belleville on Halloween. She loved music, with her favorites being the Monkees and Barry Manilow. She had a quirky sense of humor.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Rockville Fellowship Church in Belleville.
