Buck Foundation and was instrumental in the organization of its volunteer group, serving as the group's first President from 1979 to 1981. She was a member of the Perkasie Woman's Club and served on the Perkasie Borough Quasquicentennial Committee.

A talented seamstress, she loved dancing, music and attending concerts. She also enjoyed trips with the family as well as motorcycle trips, especially to Maine. An avid reader, she was particularly fond of her West Highland Terrier dogs and was dedicated to training them and tending to their needs. Most of all, she will be remembered for her love for her family.
