Jerry A. Fike

Jerry A. Fike, 61, of McClure went to walk with Jesus on Monday, Nov. 25 2024 after a six-year battle with cancer.

He was born Nov. 23, 1963 in Lewistown. He was the son of the late John and Nancy (Henry) Fike.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Fike

Jerry is survived by his wife of 33 years, Theresa (Rhine) Fike; sons and daughters-in-law, Tanner and Courtney and Jarrett and Makenna Fike; three grandchildren: Sawyer, Beckett, and Walker; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Theresa Fike and John and Denise Fike; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ron and Brenda Rhine; Brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ron and Malinda Rhine, all of McClure.

Jerry graduated in 1982 from West Snyder High School and S.U.N Area Vo-Tech School.

He was employed for 39 years at Fike Bros. Carpet One as an installer and later as an estimator.

He attended Samuel’s Church in McClure.

When his children were younger, he volunteered in Little League and Cub Scouts. Jerry enjoyed camping at the river, yardsaling, traveling and was a huge dog lover. But above all else, he enjoyed spending time with his family and was so proud of his grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024 at Samuel’s Church, 480 Samuel’s Church Rd., McClure, PA followed by a funeral service at 11 with Pastor Clark Kelsey officiating.

Burial will follow in Samuel’s Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to honor Jerry’s memory may be made to Samuel’s Church.

Arrangements are by the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown.
