Agnes J. Truscott

Born Jan. 23, 1966 in Williamsport, she was the biological daughter of the late Russell and Lois (Hudson) Hurst, and the adopted daughter of Robert and Maureen (Carlson) Brought. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Merle Truscott, siblings: Kenny Brought, Van Thompson, Margie Thompson, Gary Thompson, Thomas Thompson, Danny Thompson, and her niece, Pamela Brought.

Agnes is survived by her companion, Denny Stuck, of Milroy, children, Heather Miller, of Reedsville, Jim Miller and companion, Shiloh Monroe, and Amber Truscott, all of Lewistown, grandchildren, Geromiah, Trey, Liam, Amari, Myles, and Nico, and siblings, Sarah Oaks, of Arizona, William Hurst, of Williamsport, James Hurst and wife Marcia, of Allentown, Russell Brought and wife, Diane, of Berwick, and Lisa Mills, of Muncy.

Agnes has a deep love for gardening, finding joy in every bloom. Her love for gardening was not only a reflection of her nurturing spirit, but also her dedication and patience.

A visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024 at King-Barr Funeral Home LLC, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
