William A. "Bill" Hetrick, 83, of Lewistown, passed away on Sunday Oct. 27, 2024 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born May 1, 1941 in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Charles Hetrick and Joyce (Hower) Kerstetter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Randy Hetrick, and a sister in infancy.
Bill is survived by his children, Laurie Hetrick, of Wisconsin, and Austin Sayers and wife, Jackie, of Burnham; siblings, Marlene Beckwith and husband, Jim, of Johnstown, Shirley Soutar and husband, John, of Troy, OH, Kay Eberly and husband, Harry, of Medford, OR, Rob Kerstetter and wife, Rhonda, and Jeff Kerstetter and wife, Deb, all of Lewistown; and five grandchildren.
Bill retired from the United States army after 20 years of honorable service. In his free time, he loved fishing.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to King-Barr Funeral Home LLC, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
