Judy Antionette (Forgy) Wise

Born Aug. 28, 1946, in Mount Union, daughter of the late Wayne and Lucy (Giardine) Forgy. Survived by her loving husband, Pastor Jerry L. Wise Sr. Also surviving are a son, Jerry L. Wise Jr. and wife, Wendy; four grandchildren, Breanne, Michaelli, Madison, and Logan; and one great grandchild, Elias. Preceded in death by siblings, Lorraine Wilson and Wayne Forgy Jr.

Mrs. Wise was a 1965 graduate of Captain Jack High School where she was a cheerleader and a member of the choir and district chorus. She was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Mount Union. She served as a Pastor’s wife for many years. Mrs. Wise enjoyed singing in church and participating in special events. She loved being around people and teaching children. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday Oct. 30, 2024, at 11 a.m., at the IOOF Mapleton Cemetery, for a graveside service, Pastor Richard Peck, officiant.
