Debra A. Winn, 64 of Mifflintown, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024 at her home. She was born on Oct. 24, 1959 in Lewistown to the late Harry William Winn and Margretta Hellen Winn Crosson.
She is survived by her daughter, Destiny Winn; companion, Douglas Eby; and her beloved dog. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert; sister, Sharon; 2 nieces, and both sets of grandparents. She also had three beagles, Bowser, Angel, and Domino.
No services will be held. She is to buried with her mother at Juniata Memorial Park. King-Barr Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences can be sent at kingbarrfuneralhome.com.
