Daniel J. Jackson, 57, of Thompsontown, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024 at home.
He was born in Lewistown, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania on April 25, 1967. His parents were the late Donald L. and Donna M. (Schroepter) Jackson.
In addition to his mother Donna, he is survived by various aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father Donald L. Jackson.
He graduated from Juniata High School in 1985. Mr. Jackson was employed by Capital Blue Cross.
Daniel was the Commander of the Sons of the American Legion Post 298. He enjoyed collecting collectibles such as coins and stamps. He was an avid Hershey Bears and Penn State Hockey fan. Daniel also loved his beloved Corgi Emmy.
A memorial service will be held on Friday Oct. 25, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc 100, Bridge St. Mifflintown Pa. A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. Interment will be private.
