Charles M. Fultz III, 75, of Lewistown, passed away on Tuesday Oct. 1, 2024 at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College.
Born April 19, 1949 in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Charles M., Jr. and Betty M. (Fisher) Fultz.
Charles is survived by his children, Kathy Roberts and husband, James, of Florida, and Bradley Fultz, of Lewistown; siblings, Doris Fultz, of Lewistown, Donald Fultz, of Maryland, and Beth Hoar and husband, Keith, of Lewistown; grandchildren, Rachele Ettinger, Ashley Stoner and husband, Shawn, and Joshua Fultz, and great-granddaughter, Wren Stoner.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to King-Barr Funeral Home LLC, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
