Our beloved Mother, Vickie Rae Stroup went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, July 3rd at 10:03 pm in the comfort of "The Gatehouse". Vickie enjoyed her work as an EMT with Big Valley ambulance earlier in life, also her job in the convenience store. She Loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Mary Ross. A sister Carrie Casner, brothers Dennis, Charles and Jim. Also a daughter, Mary E. Pettis. Vickie is survived by Daughter and son in law, Stephanie and husband Allan Watson of Williamsport, Daughter Brandy Kovach of Mount Union, Son, Jebidiah Stroup of Belleville, Son, Officer Jackson Stroup of Mifflinburg, Also a daughter Davenia Yoder of Belleville. Also her grandchildren , whom she loved more than life itself, Harlow Stroup, AJ Watson, and Aubrey Watson. We will have a celebration of life/ balloon release Saturday, July 27, at 1 p.m. at Williamsport South Rehabilitation Center, 101 Leader Drive, Williamsport PA 17701. Everyone is welcome, we hope to see you there.
