Patricia "Patti" Ann Neff, 50, of McClure, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.
Born Sept. 29, 1973, in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late William E. Campbell, and Lynn E. (Finney) Campbell, who survives.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Devin Hause.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Makenza Neff, of McClure; step-children, Garrett, Zachary, and Tricia Neff; step-grandchildren, Bailey, Deakan, and Brycen; brother, Joseph Campbell and wife, Krissie, of Berwick; a niece, Dara Hause; nephews, Ryder and Slade Campbell.
She was a graduate of Palmerton High School, Class of 1992, and Lehigh Carbon Community College where she received her associate's degree.
Patti worked for United Cerebral Palsy as a billing specialist and caretaker.
She enjoyed being outdoors going mushroom hunting, camping, fishing, and planting flowers in her flower bed.
A visitation will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m., Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with a memorial service to follow at 3:30 p.m., with Pastor Randy Traxler officiating.
