Nancy M. (Franklin) Stitt, 86 of Lewistown, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Brookline Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of James Stitt Sr.
Born on May 12, 1938 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Bill Kauffman and Mary Franklin. Nancy worked as a manager at Gardner's Candies and was a bus driver with Mifflin County School District. During her free time, Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the casino.
In addition to her husband, Nancy is survived by children, Vicky Stitt and husband, Ron, James Stitt Jr. and wife, Jamie, Jacci Brower and husband, Randy, Lennie Stitt, and Brian Stitt and wife, Angie; 9 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Including her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by sister, Pat.
All services will be private. King-Barr Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
