Tina M. Knepp, 65, of Yeagertown, passed away on Tuesday June 25, 2024 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born Jan. 24, 1959 in Yeagertown, she was the daughter of the late Donald E. "Kneppy" Knepp and Phyllis (Aumiller) Knepp.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Torrey Carpenter, and brother, Dennis K. Knepp.
Tina is survived by her daughter, Tessa Carpenter, of Yeagertown, grandchildren, Lydia Carpenter and Rhys Carpenter, and sisters, Rhonda Long, of Lewistown and Angela Hartsock and husband Troy, of Lewistown.
Tina was 1977 graduate of Chief Logan High School. In her earlier life, she worked at Scotty's Fashion, then later in the Walmart Bakery.
The matriarch of her little family, Tina's love of life has changed every aspect of life for those closest to her. Her influence can be found in everything from their taste of music to their adventurous spirits and easygoing attitudes. Outgoing and independent, she loved spending time with her family and her friends as much as she loved spending time with her pets at home. She was a supportive mother and an amazing grandmother. Tina Knepp "from Yeagertown," as she always called herself) was a true original whose quick wit and sense of humor will forever be missed.
Details of a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
