Dane Lynn Fultz, 62, of Lewistown, passed away unexpectedly at home.
He was the son of the late Donald "Sonny" Fultz and Charlotte Elaine (Bohn) Fultz.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Scott and Danny Fultz.
There will be a private graveside service at Mount Rock Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
