Katie A. Peachey, 48, of 140 Skyview Lane, Belleville, died at 1:55 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2024.
Born Aug. 22, 1975, in Huntingdon, she was the daughter of Rudy L. and the late Annie L. (Peachey) Yoder. She is survived by her husband, John K. Peachey, four daughters, Anna Mae Peachey and husband, Titus, Elsie Zook and husband, Raymond, Julia Peachey and husband, Ervin and Molly Peachey at home; and four grandchildren, all of Belleville
Also surviving are parents, Rudy L. and stepmother Hettie R. Yoder of Belleville; brothers and sisters: Jacob Yoder and wife, Annie, Amos Yoder and wife, Emma, Lena Peachey and husband, Simon, Sylvanus Yoder and wife Rhoda, Titus Yoder and wife, Susanne, Rudy Yoder and wife, Judi, all of Belleville, Laura Stoltzfus and husband, Henry of Leola, Pa.
Katie was preceded in death by a stepmother Linda E. "Peachey" Yoder, two stillborn sisters, and one brother Israel R. Yoder. Katie was a member of the Old Order Amish.
A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at the Ephraim L. Peachey residence, 55 Sunset Drive, Belleville. Burial will be in the Locust Grove Cemetery, Belleville. There will be a viewing from 12 to 8 p.m. at the late residence.
