Glenda E. Miller, 77, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. She was born on Oct. 7, 1946, in Lewistown to the late Glen W. Goss and Margaret E. Lyter of Ferguson Valley.
In addition to her parents, Glenda is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tessa M. Smith; sister, Ruby M. Monier, and nieces, Amy Parson, Dana Florie, and Candace Rhodes.
Surviving is sister, Rosetta Parson; brothers, Glen and Greg Goss; children, Jody A. (Miller) Simonetti and husband, Rick, Jeffrey A. Miller and wife, Shari, and Brian K. Miller; two grandchildren, Alec J. Smith and wife, Alyssa and Lance A. Miller. She was able to see her great grandson, Alaric A. Smith, before her passing.
Glenda was a good-hearted and well-liked person. She loved listening to music, seeing animals, going for rides in the country and spending time with her kids, grandchildren, great-grandson and sister Rosey. She was a Christian who had been baptized and this provided her much comfort through her brief illness.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at King-Barr Funeral Home LLC, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown, PA. The service will begin at 7 p.m. with Pastor John Walters officiating.
