Elaine J. Crossgrove, 80, of Reedsville, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at her home.
Born Sept. 1, 1943, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Janice (Krepps) Shaw.
Elaine is survived by her loving husband, Dennis E. Crossgrove, whom she married on Sept. 12, 1964, children, Sharon Phillips and husband, William, Jr., of Reedsville, Douglas Crossgrove, of Lewistown, and Jennifer Johnson and husband, Shawn, of Reedsville, grandchildren, Adam Phillips and companion, Brooke Vinyard, Amanda Reiter and husband, Kenneth, and Anthony Elliott and wife, Katie, and great-grandchildren, Ellie Heitman, Kynsley Phillips and Josette Elliott, her sister, Lavonne Beers and husband, Kenneth, of Reedsville and several nieces and nephews.
Elaine was employed as a Nurse's Aide at Ohesson Manor for many years.
She was a devoted member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lewistown. She loved spending time with her family, friends, and her pets that she loved dearly.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 120 N. Main St, Lewistown PA 17044, with Pastor Allen Hulslander officiating. There will be a time of visitation held at the church from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to King Funeral Home and Crematory, 47 Carriage House Lane, Reedsville.
