Pete Milligan Sr., 71, of Lewistown, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2024, at Greenwood Village.
Born April 7, 1952, in Camden, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Thomas and Dorothy (Pratz) Milligan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Butch and Bob Milligan, and a sister, June Weinberg.
Pete is survived by: his former wife, Belinda Norman, with whom he remained close; children, Barbara Parson, Pete Milligan Jr., and Christina Milligan, all of Lewistown; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Charlie Milligan and wife, Debbie, of Tenn., Dottie Geroe and husband, Ed, and Janie Milligan, both of N.J.; and best friends, Jimmy Wray and Aaron Cox.
Pete was self-employed, specializing in automotive body work and fender restoration.
He loved fixing up cars, listening to old time country music, his dogs, and his bird, Zoey. Pete especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and was a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Donald Trump.
A viewing will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 North Main Street, Lewistown, followed by the funeral service at 6 p.m., with Rev.
