Anna Louise (Fultz) Goss, 91, of Harrisburg, passed away at 8:38 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, at her home.
She was born July 26, 1930, in Reedsville, a daughter of the late Howard and Minnie (Young) Fultz. On July 24, 1949, she married Jerald R. Goss, who passed away on June 16, 2012.
Surviving are: her daughters, Cheryl A. Reckner and husband Nevin of Harrisburg, and Cindy Koch and husband James of Halifax; five grandchildren, Christine Tashima and husband Kenshin, Timothy Nagle, Steven Reckner, Gina Marie Reckner, and Amanda Koch and wife Nicole Spitz; four great-grandchildren, Tobitaka Tashima, Bryce, Carter and Kade Nagle; as well as a son-in-law, Ronald Nagle of Annville.
Anna was the last of her immediate family. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Howard "Cork" Fultz, Elmer "Ray" Fultz, and Arthur Fultz and a sister, Mildred "Doll" Fultz.
She was primarily a homemaker. In 1966, she began working at Rubin Brothers in Harrisburg and worked there until her retirement in March 1991.
She was a former member of Halifax Garden Club, Blue Mountain Riders Horse Club, and she previously served as a Girl Scout leader. Anna loved cooking, baking, gardening, crocheting, doing woodworking projects and other various crafts, as well as camping and traveling around the U.S. Most of all, she loved being with her family and friends and watching her grandchildren play sports, especially Mandy playing softball.
Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022, at Henderson-Bohn Funeral Home, 55 N. Main St., Reedsville, with Pastor Doug Pierce officiating.
Burial will take place at Church Hill Cemetery following the service. Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, and again from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
