Camp Mount Luther wraps up 2022 season

MIFFLINBURG — Camp Mount Luther recently ended their summer camping season. Around 433 participants took part in programs during the seven-week session, the first held in two years due to the pandemic. Before campers arrived, the staff participated in two weeks of intense training. Upper Susquehanna Synod Bishop Barbara J. Collins installed staff on June 17, 2022, at the Upper Susquehanna Synod Assembly at Susquehanna University. Annual benefit set for Labor Day weekend

MIFFLINBURG — Camp Mount Luther will be holding a 5- and 10- kilometer trail run race at the camp on Saturday, Sept. 3. The entry-level trail race will be on Mount Luther grounds with proceeds going to the camp. The start time for the race is 9 a.m. Runners decide on race day if they want to do a 5k or 10K (a double loop of the 5K) run. Registration is $35. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. on race day. Good morning, dear friends! What a lovely morning, in spite of the bugs and humidity I encountered while on my walk just now. But, thank you, Jesus for victory today!
