Kish Bank names new senior vice president
Sarfert set to retire
Tracy Wilkinson
STATE COLLEGE — Kish Bank has named Tracy Wilkinson as its incoming senior vice president and chief credit officer as longtime executive Ric Sarfert prepares to retire.
Wilkinson joined the company June 1 and will assume the chief credit officer role as Sarfert transitions from the position in August. Sarfert plans to retire in April 2027 after 10 years with Kish and a 40-year career in the financial services industry.
“On behalf of our entire organization, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Ric as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement after 10 incredible years with Kish and 40 years in the financial services industry,” President and Chief Executive Officer Gregory T. Hayes said in a news release.
Hayes said Wilkinson’s experience in credit leadership and community banking made her a strong fit for the organization. He said Sarfert and Wilkinson will work together during the transition to ensure a smooth transfer of leadership responsibilities, institutional knowledge and key relationships.
Wilkinson brings more than 25 years of banking and credit experience to Kish. She previously served as chief credit officer at Jersey Shore State Bank and held leadership positions for more than two decades with CBT Bank. Most recently, following CBT Bank’s acquisition by Northwest Bank, she served as senior credit officer for First Citizens Community Bank.
According to the company, Wilkinson has experience in credit risk management, regulatory compliance, financial planning and executive leadership. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree there.
