3 motorcycle club members charged in multi-county Harley-Davidson thefts
HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday announced charges against three members of a Maryland-based motorcycle club accused of stealing motorcycles from dealerships across eastern Pennsylvania.
Jermaine Holland, 53, Jennifer M. Heist, 48, and Craig Grinage, 36, are each charged with felony counts of corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, robbery and related offenses, according to the Office of Attorney General’s Organized Retail Crime Section.
Investigators allege the thefts occurred between April 2 and July 20, 2025, targeting Harley-Davidson dealerships in Bucks, Dauphin, Lehigh, Monroe and York counties. Authorities said the total value of the stolen motorcycles is nearly $200,000.
According to the investigation, the group often used a coordinated approach in which one member made a small purchase inside a dealership while another stole a motorcycle from the lot.
In one incident, authorities allege a robbery occurred July 20, 2025, at Eisenhauer Harley-Davidson in Manchester Township, York County. Holland allegedly attempted to ride off on a customer’s motorcycle and, when confronted, pointed a handgun at the owner before fleeing. Police said he led officers on a high-speed pursuit into Maryland, where he was later apprehended and a firearm was recovered.
Authorities identified the defendants as members of the Guerilla Motorcycle Club, a chapter of the Maryland-based Wheels of Soul club. Officials said members of the organization have faced similar charges in Maryland.
The three defendants are currently in custody in Maryland and will be arraigned on the Pennsylvania charges at a later date.
The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office. All charges are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
