CENTRE HALL -- The Remington Ryde Bluegrass Festival will take place this year, July 1 to July 4 at the Grange Fair grounds in Centre Hall.
The event will feature many national bluegrass acts including The Malpass Brothers, Little Roy and Lizzy Show, Ralph Stanley II and The Clinch Mountain Boys, Remington Ryde, Nothin Fancy, The Moron Brothers, Larry Stephenson Band, Lorraine Jordan and Carolina Road, Danny Paisley and The Southern Grass, and many more. The event will host several food and craft vendors, have a kids program Saturday and feature plenty of jamming throughout the ground.
You can purchase tickets at the festival gate. Tickets are $30 each day for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and $15 Sunday; a four-day pass is $85. Under 12 are admitted free with a paid adult.
Performances run each day from 1 to 9 p.m. except Sunday, which will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Here are the performers featured each day:
July 1 -- Little Roy Lewis, The Malpass Brothers, Ralph Stanley II, and Larry Efaw & Bluegrass Mountaineers.
July 2 -- Nothin Fancy, Danny Paisley and The Southern Grass, Lorraine Jordan and Carolina Road, and Remington Ryde.
July 3 -- The Moron Brothers, Larry Stephenson Band, Nothin Fancy and Remington Ryde.
July 4 -- Gospel Jam, Church service with Billy Lee Cox and Remington Ryde.
