Kutztown University student-athletes named to PSAC Scholar-Athlete List

KUTZTOWN — Kutztown University set a new record with 255 student-athletes earning Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete status for the 2025-26 academic year. Student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 and compete in a PSAC-sponsored sport to be eligible for PSAC Scholar-Athlete recognition. From staff reports BELLEFONTE — Motorists traveling Interstate 80 through Centre County should expect lane restrictions beginning Monday as contractors begin paving work tied to one project and prepare for a new traffic pattern for another. Police detail chain-reaction crash that killed 21-year-old

McVETYTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police have released additional details about a three-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a 21-year-old Cambria County man early Monday on U.S. Highway 522 South in Wayne Township. According to state police, the crash occurred at about 1:45 a.m. July 20 near 2103 U.S. Highway 522 South when a Ford Expedition driven by Robert E. LEWISTOWN — Cody Wian was elected vice president of the Mifflin County School District’s Board of Directors by an 8-0 vote Thursday as directors completed a leadership change and approved several personnel, food service and student support items.
