Just as Halloween festivities were kicking off on Saturday, the Juniata County Communications Center dispatched Mifflintown Hose Co. No. 1 to a motor vehicle accident in downtown Mifflintown near the square. Units arrived to find one vehicle crashed into several parked cars. First responders said the unidentified driver was checked out by EMS and was not injured. South Main Street was closed until Geedey’s and Gray’s Towing removed all vehicles.
