In the morning worship at Pine Glen Church of the Brethren, Sunday, September 13, 2026, a friendly welcome to each of you to our worship service today! May the Lord open your hearts and minds today and every day. Worship leader Pastor Connie Maclay welcomed everyone. The announcements were asked for. The Prelude was played by Den Yoder, "Forgiveness". The joys and concerns were asked for. The congregation sang a Prayer Hymn Amazing Grace." The Worship Leader provided the Morning Prayer, followed by the Lord's Prayer and the Doxology. Kerry and Ava Harper provided special music, singing "Speak O Lord" and "Hear Our Praises." Scripture was Matthew 18:21-35. Pastor Connie Maclay brought the morning message, "Seventy-seven? Is he serious?" The choral benediction was, "I believe in you, Lord Jesus."
In the morning worship at McVeytown Presbyterian Church on September 06, 2026, the service started with this is a day of new beginnings welcome and the sharing of the joy. The Prelude was played. Call to Worship was heard. The congregation sang hymns, "The Light of the World is Jesus". Prayer was heard. The congregation sang the prayer hymn "Change my heart, O God". The Pastoral Prayer was heard, followed by the Lord's Prayer. The congregation sang a hymn, "The Servant Song". Scripture was Luke 19:1-10 and Matthew 23:27-28. The sermon was, "Why so many phony Christians?" The service continued with the call for the offering, followed by the Doxology and prayer of dedication. The congregation sang, "This is a day of new beginnings". The benediction was given. A choral benediction was sung: "Amen". The postlude was played.
