Drug take-back event set for Oct. 24

STATE COLLEGE -- Penn State Health and the Patton Township Police Department will hold a National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, in the parking lot of the Penn State Health Colonnade location.

The free, anonymous drive-thru event will accept unused, expired or unwanted medications, as well as needles and syringes, for safe disposal.
