Lewistown man charged in retail theft

RICHFIELD -- A 41-year-old Lewistown man has been charged in connection with a retail theft in West Perry Township, Snyder County.

Pennsylvania State Police said the incident occurred July 24 at Uni-Mart, 14434 Route 35. Charges were filed through District Court 17-3-04.

McClure man charged with furnishing alcohol to minor

McCLURE -- A 25-year-old McClure man has been charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor following an investigation by Pennsylvania State Police.

Police allege the man supplied alcohol to a 19-year-old Beaver Springs man while operating a vehicle. The incident was reported July 27, and misdemeanor charges were filed through District Court 17-3-04.

Police seek information in firearm theft

SEVEN STARS -- Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of a firearm from a vehicle in Greenwood Township, Juniata County.

According to police, an unknown suspect stole a Springfield XD handgun, valued at about $400, from a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado parked along Dimmsville Road shortly after midnight July 28. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Lewistown at 717-320-1010.
