The Sentinel offers nonprofit and other community organizations an opportunity to promote upcoming events for free in the community calendar for three days before the event. Events requiring reservations may be promoted for up to two weeks before the reservation deadline.

Events that require a purchase from a for-profit business, even if a donation is made to the organization, are not eligible for the calendar.

Please be brief and include only basic details. If possible, provide a phone number or email address to be published with contact information.

Brown Suite 2, P.O. Box 588 Lewistown, PA 17044. The editor reserves the right to edit all submissions.

•Kishacoquillas High School Class of 1967 meal -- 5 p.m., Bel-Vue Inn, 4753 Old U.S. Hwy. 322, Reedsville. Classmates, family and friends are welcome.

•Summer Siren Party -- 6 to 8 p.m., Celebration Villa, 55 Carriage House Lane., Reedsville. Features fire trucks, vintage cars and trucks, food, magician, games, face painting and family activities.

•Mifflin County Democratic Committee meeting -- 6:30 p.m., United Steelworkers Union Hall, 519 Electric Ave., Lewistown.
