Public invited to submitartwork for summer exhibit

LEWISTOWN — Organizers are seeking artwork for a public art exhibit titled “What Does Freedom Look Like to You?” that will be displayed at East End Coffee Co. from July through August.

Artists of all ages are invited to submit original artwork between June 22 and June 26. Organizers said the exhibit is not juried, though works containing political messages will not be displayed. All entries must be ready to hang.

“We’re hoping for upbeat, beautiful artwork that will leave viewers with a positive feeling,” co-organizer Jenny Barron Landis said.
