Silent basket auction with proceeds going to their Promise Ranch Scholarship Fund.

As part of this year’s event, the ministry is hosting a silent auction to raise funds for the Promise Ranch Scholarship Fund, which helps ensure that no child is turned away from camp due to financial hardship.

“Last year’s generosity helped us bless numerous families, and we hope to do even more in 2026,” said Tandi Rowe, office manager at Promise Ranch Ministries.

“We wanted to create an event where people could come out to the ranch and see what we are all about, introducing individuals and families to our programs enabling them to get involved.

Guests will enter the picturesque property and be greeted by the smells of a pig roast, barbecue french fries, kettle soup available while supplies last on a donation basis.

Guests can mill about the property as they stroll from one activity to another, or bring a lawn chair and sit to enjoy the live music by the patio.

The Silent Auction bidding begins at noon and ends at 4:30 p.m.

An information tent will be open for guests to ask questions about the ministry.

A shuttle vehicle will be available for guests that need this service to and from the parking area as well as a new bathroom facility so bring your lawn chair and stay for the day. The event is located at 106 Meadow Lane, McAlisterville.

Starting at $2.99/week.
