Granville Fire Company to host Santa, The Grinch

GRANVILLE — The, the, the Grinch? AND SANTA!?

The Granville Fire Company wasted no time coming up with ideas to give back to their community with the recent opening of their event center.

Located at 105 Malta Drive, Granville, this newly built building has 6,000 square feet of fully heated space and ample parking for a special breakfast with not one but two honorary guests.

Thee Santa Claus himself and The Grinch will be joining the men and women of the Granville Fire Company this Saturday, Dec. 21 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for a breakfast spread.

They’re inviting families to come, enjoy a meal, chat with Santa and the Grinch as well as get some photos.

They are asking for a $5 donation fee for anyone 10 and older.

This money goes towards continuing to be able to give back to the community including them escorting Santa around the area giving out goodie bags later that same day.

Beginning after breakfast Santa will ride on a firetruck from Racetrack Road through the village of Granville.

Other events they have coming up include comedian Earl David Reed from 5 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Jan 25, 2025. Tickets are available at the firehouse and must be purchased in advance as there is limited seating for this event. Meals are included in the $30 ticket fee.

There will also be chances to win prizes.

All proceeds benefit the firehouse.

Starting at $2.99/week.
