Teens cited with disorderly conduct

LEWISTOWN — Two-14-year-old Lewistown males were cited on Wednesday, Aug. 21 after police said they were going onto properties and “banging on doors,” before fleeing.

According to the report by Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown, the incidents occurred on Terrace Boulevard around 1 a.m. around disorderly conduct citations were filed.

Man cited for punching teen

PORT ROYAL — According to a report by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, a 21-year-old Mifflintown man was cited with harassment with physical contact on Saturday, Aug. 17. Officers responded to North 4th Street where this male had punched a 19-year-old.

Two cited for trespassing

MILROY — On Saturday, Oct. 12, Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to the area of Salem Road where it had been reported individuals were trespassing.

The report states that Travis Kuhns, 51 and Pamela Kuhns, 28, of Milroy, were found trespassing around 1 p.m. Charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Kent Smith.

Teen cited for drinking alcohol

MIFFLINTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating an incident in which a minor consumed alcohol.

The report states that officers responded to a possible domestic on Sunday, Oct. 20 around 5:30 p.m. on Orange Street, but upon arrival a 19-year-old Mifflintown man was found and determined to be under the influence of alcohol.

Delta woman cited with trespassing

MIFFLINTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to Abundant Blessings in Fermanagh Township on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Abundant Blessings related that they received an alert on their live camera system that there was a dark SUV — a 2017 Toyocar van container trailer — trespassing around 7 p.m.

Through investigation officers identified the driver as Sherrie Koen, 62, of Delta, and cited her accordingly.

Two face strangulation charges

MIFFLINTOWN — Two males were cited after police said they caused a disturbance on Friday, Oct. 18 around midnight.

According to a report Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to North 5th Street for a report of a disturbance where they found Ray Yohn Jr., 53, of Mifflintown, and Devon Yohn, 27, of Elliottsburg.

Both males were charged with strangulation, simple assault, and a small amount of drug paraphernalia through Magisterial District Judge Tracy Powell.
