Repeat offender arrested for driving on suspended license
LEWISTOWN -- Pennsylvania state Police at Lewistown conducted a traffic violation on Thursday, April 18 around 12:30 a.m. on US Highway 22 East, Fermanagh Township on a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country operated by Larry Street, 46 of McClure.
The report states that it was determined through an investigation that Street was driving on a suspended license. Street was considered a habitual offender of driving while suspended and was placed under arrest. Charges were filed through district court.
Beavertown man faces assault charges
BEAVERTOWN -- On Thursday, April 18 around 3:30 p.m. Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove responded to an assault with serious bodily injury at Conewago Snyder.
The report states that Antony Savage, 31, of
Beavertown assaulted a man, causing bodily injury.
The injured man required emergency transport to Geisinger-Danville Hospital to receive treatment.
Savage was taken into custody and arraigned on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment. Savage was transported to Snyder County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
