STATE COLLEGE -- The Skills of Central Pa 18th Annual Mental Health Awareness Month Kickoff Celebration presented by Centre Cares launches at 5 p.m. Thursday, May 2. The event will be held at the Wasson Farm event barn with live music, free food, activities, vendors, door prizes and speakers. Admission is free.
