MOUNT UNION -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating a report of cruelty to animals that took place on Wednesday, April 3 around 10:30 a.m. on Ferguson Valley Road, Wayne Township. The investigation continues.
Police investigate PFA violation
MCVEYTOWN -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown are investigating a suspected protection from abuse violation that took place on Monday, March 25 at around midnight on River Road, Bratton Township, according to the report issued by officers.
38-year-old charged with public drunkenness
MILROY -- According to a report issued by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, a 38-year-old Mount Wolf man was reported standing in the middle of the road on US Highway 322, Armagh Township. The report states that the man was located and found to be under the influence. He was charged with public drunkenness.
Harassment charges filed against two
MIFFLIN -- On Monday, April 15, at around 9:30 a.m. Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Parker Street. According to the report, once on scene officers determined that harassment had occurred and charges were filed against a 46-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman.
Woman charged with assault of unborn child
MIFFLINTOWN -- According to a report issued by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, officers responded to the area of Long Road, Milford Township, on Tuesday, March 16 around 9:30 p.m. where it had been reported that an aggravated assault of an unborn child had taken place. A 17-year-old female, of Ronks, was arrested for the incident.
