The Sentinel offers nonprofit and other community organizations an opportunity to promote upcoming events for free in the community calendar for three days before the event. Events requiring reservations may be promoted for up to two weeks before the reservation deadline.
Events that require a purchase from a for-profit business, even if a donation is made to the organization, are not eligible for the calendar.

April's meeting is the silent auction to benefit the Mifflin County PASR Chapter's scholarship fund. Bring an auction item. Menu: coleslaw, beef tips in gravy, mashed potatoes, roasted Brussel sprouts, rolls/butter, apple pie. Cost is $14. •Lack Tuscarora EMS Annual Easter Egg Hunt -- 1 p.m., 9320 state Route 75 S., East Waterford. There will be thousands of eggs, basket raffles, bike giveaways and more.
•Lewistown Moose Bingo -- Doors open at 4 p.m. Bingo at 6 p.m. Tickets sold at the door.
