Police investigate animal cruelty incident
MIFFLINTOWN --Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown investigated an animal cruelty incident that took place at about 4:20 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, on Main Street. The investigation is ongoing.
Selinsgrove man injured in crash
McALISTERVILLE -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a vehicle crash at about 6:30 a.m. Monday, on Cocolamus Road, Fayette Township.
The report states that a 2003 Ford F-150 was traveling south when the vehicle, driven by 49-year-old Jason Dagle, of Selinsgrove, left the road and struck a tree where it remained.
The vehicle sustained minor damage to the right front bumper.
Police said Dagle was wearing a seatbelt and sustained minor injuries. Dagle was transported by EMS.
Police investigate stolen trailer
THOMPSONTOWN -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown investigated a report of a trailer that was reported stolen at about 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, from Cabinetworks, William Penn Highway,
Delaware Township.
According to the report, the 2020 white Hyundai was stolen and has still not been found.
Granville man faces DUI charges
McVEYTOWN -- On Monday, officers from Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown conducted a traffic stop on a 2009 GMC Sierra at about 10 p.m. on the 100 block of Horningford Road, Bratton Township, for a
traffic violation.
The report states that Daniel Hoffner, 51, of Granville, was found to be driving under the influence and was charged through the district magistrate.
