Man charged in PFA violation
MOUNT UNION -- Pennsylvania State Police at Huntingdon responded to a call at about 2 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, regarding a Protection From Abuse violation that was taking place on Green Ave., Shiley Township.
According to the report, Anthony Mann, 35 of Mount Union, was charged through Magisterial District Judge Lisa Covert.
Middleburg woman charged with DUI
MIDDLEBURG -- At about 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, officers from Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove responded to a vehicle crash on New Berlin Highway, Center Township.
According to the report, Rene Johnson, 26 of Middleburg, was the operator of a 2008 Dodge Chrysler and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Police respond to domestic dispute
MIDDLEBURG -- Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove responded to a residence on Bergey Road, Center Township, for a domestic harassment call that took place at about 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 18.
According to the report, Allen Beaver, 31, of Middleburg, grabbed a female during a verbal argument over child custody.
Charges were filed against Beaver through Magisterial District Judge Bo Trawitz. A third party was also cited for trespassing by motor vehicle.
