Man found rummaging through vehicles
LEWISTOWN -- According to a report issued by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, officers located 62-year-old Kurvin Lindsey, of Lewistown, rummaging through other people's vehicles at about 2 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 22, on Commerce Drive, Armagh Township.
A citation was filed.
Mifflintown man faces trespassing charges
LEWISTOWN -- Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown received at about 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 22, a walk-in complaint from 83-year-old Clifford Coldren, State College, that someone was trespassing on their residence on Terrace Boulevard, Fermanagh Township.
Following an investigation, officers filed charges against 49-year-old Eric Coldren, of Mifflintown, through Magisterial District Judge Tracy Powell.
Assault charges filed against inmate
LEWISTOWN -- Officers from the Lewistown Police Department responded at about 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 3, to the Mifflin County Correctional Facility for a reported assault.
Through an investigation, 30-year-old Jesse Boulden, an inmate at the Mifflin County Correctional Facility, assaulted another inmate causing bodily injury.
Boulden received simple assault charges.
48-year-old man faces trespassing charge
LEWISTOWN -- According to the Lewistown Police Department, officers received a report at about 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 12, that a male subject was seen trespassing at the Southside Laundromat, South Dorcas Street.
Upon police arrival, they identified 48-year-old Keith Kuhns inside the laundromat after Kuhns was prohibited from the premises.
Officers filed charges against Kuhns for defiant trespass.
One faces criminal mischief charges
LEWISTOWN -- Officers from the Lewistown Police Department responded to a report of a domestic dispute at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, on the 100 block of West Fourth Street.
According to the report, a juvenile assaulted his step father, mother, and damaged his glass.
The juvenile received charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.
One charged in domestic dispute
LEWISTOWN -- Officers from the Lewistown Police Department investigated the report of a domestic dispute at about 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17 on East Third Street.
According to the report, 22-year-old Nicholas Walker grabbed a victim and threw her across the bed onto the floor causing injury.
Officers were unable to locate Walker that evening, so they obtained an arrest warrant. Walker was placed under arrest per this warrant by Juniata County Probation.
